Accounts with or without security questions. Go to your Apple ID account page and click "Forgot Apple ID or password." Enter your Apple ID. Did you forget your Apple ID? Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue. Choose how to reset your password:

You will need to contact Apple Support and they will ask you to be able to provide Proof of Purchase from them for the item if you can not do that your watch is nothing more than a "Paperweight" - Security is top of mind for Apple.
