Apple ID recovery

Hello, my Apple ID is locked because it asks me for a digit code (two factor authorization) on a phone number which I can’t gain access to it because it’s Russian phone number and now am temporarily in Iraq, i tried account recovery but it says that after 13 days it will be recovered, and my iPhone 8plus got smashed yesterday, now I bought this iPhone 12 but I can’t get back any of my data, and I really need to get back my account ASAP, anyone can help me to get back into my account immediately?
