Apple ID recovery

Hello, my Apple ID is locked because it asks me for a digit code (two factor authorization) on a phone number which I can’t gain access to it because it’s Russian phone number and now am temporarily in Iraq, i tried account recovery but it says that after 13 days it will be recovered, and my iPhone 8plus got smashed yesterday, now I bought this iPhone 12 but I can’t get back any of my data, and I really need to get back my account ASAP, anyone can help me to get back into my account immediately? Thanks in advance.

There is nothing anyone here can do to speed up recovery. AppleID account recovery is an automated process by Apple, and it takes as long as it takes. There is no way to speed up the process.
