Applying for a job online. The company requires a form. I fill it out and it won

I filling out an online job application. I fill out a survey/questionnaire and complete all questions. The SUBMIT button remains greyed out. So, I am not able to have it sent to HR. I have tried multiple times to submit this. I am on a NEW Macbook Pro running Mac OS Big Sur and using CHROME. I checked with their HR and other applicants are getting through.

Is there another way to do this??

I did try using Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Apple chat/support stayed online while I did that. Nothing worked.

How can I check for anti-virus software, cleaning apps, or third party security software you mention? As well as plug-ins or extensions in Chrome that may be affecting the browser.

Did you install any of these apps? If you allow others to use and administer your computer (dangerous), then you can run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. This report will tell us what software and browser extensions you have installed.

Do you mean a new use account for the account log-in on the employers site?

Create a new macOS user account on your computer. I provided a link to the instructions in my other post (notice the blue text indicating a clickable link), but here it is again:

Since you missed that link here is the link to Safe Mode as well:

Are you sure you filled out all the required fields for the online form? Sometimes I've had fields reset on me or not accept my original input.

Are you using any anti-virus software, cleaning apps, or third party security software that may be interfering? None of this software is necessary on a Mac and usually causes more problems than it solves plus it impacts system performance. If you have any of this software installed, then uninstall it by following the developer's instructions.

Also are you using any plug-ins or extensions in Chrome that may be affecting the browser?

Try creating a new user account and log into that new user account to see if you still have the same issue.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if you still have those issues.
