Magic Mouse stopped tracking (and works for 2 minutes everytime I reset it [turn on while clicking])

Hello, I have been having a very strange issue with my FOURTH magic mouse (the three others incredibly have the same tracking issue).

Tracking is dead. If I reset the mouse (turn on while clicking and re-pair) it works again for a couple of minutes. I have tested to keep using and just let it sit there with no use, and in both cases it stops working. In my mind that could tell me something about wether it is contact malfunction or give another hint about the problem, and if it has a fix.

Because of the fact it works again after the reset I am inclined to think this is not a contacts or soldering issue, but I might be wrong. Any ideas appreciated. I am very frustrated, this being my 4th magic mouse.

My previous one stopped tracking out of the blue, but different from this one doesn't go back in any way.

Last note: all gestures, scrolling and click works fine. The single problem is with tracking.

I have tried applying folded foil to the lower battery contacts to increase pressure between contact and batteries, and also putting a paper in between batteries and lid. Both measures did not help.
