Scam link

so my mom get a fedex message ( scam message) but she thought it was a real one cause she was expecting something , she clicked and that's all she did , I don't know at what time but once I got a hold of it I closed the pages , should we be worried ?

Just clicked on link in a text and started populating form - help??? I received a text proportional g to be from FedEx re a delivery - I am expecting a delivery but not sure who will be shipping it, so clicked the link. It asked me to click to rearrange delivery so I did and was taken to an online form, asking for email, name, date of birth etc. Foolishly I started populating it and then it said a charge for redelivery would be made. That’s when I became suspicious and cancelled out. What May have been compromised?
