I want to remove an old UK telephone number from my from my apple phone, which I do not have access to

I now reside in the Caribbean region Barbados, but my Iphone 7 is still not up dated and is locked on the old UK I D telephone number 447539180184 as second verification, as a result I cannot log on to itune or apple products. Please help me unlock.

Have you changed the number on your Apple ID? You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
