iPad tries to restart but flashes red screen and does not go to main screen
iPad shows Apple then a quick red flash. Will not go to Home Screen. Then it keeps repeating the start up Apple and the red screen flash over and over.

Attempt a forced-restart of the iPad. If this fails to resolve the problem, you would be well advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support.
- On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
- On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
