From the support document that you linked to the forum with.
* Don't see the Text Message Forwarding setting on your iPhone? Go to Settings > Messages, turn off iMessage, turn it back on, tap Send & Receive, tap Use Your Apple ID for iMessage, then sign in with the same Apple ID used on your other devices.

Are both of these numbers logged into the same Apple ID? Are you saying that you cannot see the MacBook on both of the iPhones you are attempting to forward from?
This answer was helpful; however, it only worked for one of the two cell numbers that were not coming to Messages on my Macbook. Not sure what to do about the other number. I believe I was getting both numbers fine until the last Big Sur update.
I have an iPhone 11. The two numbers I'm talking about are from non-Apple devices. I can receive texts from both on my iPhone. I was receiving texts (via Text Message Forwarding) to my Macbook, then I wasn't. I followed the instructions in your original answer; this worked for one of the numbers but not the other. Problem is just now solved but I'm not sure what I did. Thanks.
