Want to subscribe to Apple TV -- but I use debit cards, not credit cards, and have only a (non-Apple) laptop

Hi, is there a way to subscribe to Apple TV without a credit card and without an Apple device? I use debit cards only, and when I try to sign up, I get an Apple message saying that only credit cards, not debit cards, can be used for verification. I think Apple has a record of a credit card of mine, when I last looked, but that card is old and expired.

Would like to watch some programs from Apple TV on my (non-Apple) laptop.
