How to remove old versions of apps from 'Open With' in Catalina?

Hello.

When I right-click to use 'Open With' I see several old Chrome and old Firefox versions on the list to choose from. Can anyone tell me how to clear these old items out?

I've searched the internet for a modern solution to this issue and can't find one.

Thanks to anyone who could send me in the right direction.

Remove the old versions of the apps from your Mac.

How do I uninstall Older Adobe InDesign (2018), when I cannot run it's "uninstall"? I get this message:

"IDSN_13_0_1” needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

You would need to ask Adobe how to uninstall it, now.
