App Store useless
The updated Apple store app isn’t available to be downloaded to my iPhone.

Apple typically updates its own stock iOS apps as part of a bundle iOS update, not individually.

What happens when you try to download it?Can you share a few more details please?
If the iOS version currently installed on your phone is not compatible with the app then you can try updating your phone first but if something else is the case please share it with us.
