Reinstall OS X

I tried many times reinstall my os but still showing " a required document is missing "

What should I do please guide me.

Use a USB Bootable Installer:

For a much older Mac (particularly one compatible with El Capitan), use a USB Bootable Installer. You'd create it using commands in Terminal.


Use of a Separate Mac:

You need a Mac to create one of these installers. So, if you have no other Mac, then ask someone else (i.e. friend, family member, or co-worker) if you may use their Mac, with their permission.
