Overcharging on my purchasing on my games

Why do I get charged double what my game says I am spending.

I purchase some extra coins on my lightning game $30.99 and when it goes through my bank it always charges double and it deducts $61.98 each transaction.

I have only just found out that is what is happening the last week

iPad, iPadOS 14

When I play Candy Crush and purchase items from the game such as $5.99 it charged me $25.85! There is another time I made a purchase for $3.99 and it charged me $17.21! What is going on with Apple?
