How to open a saved pages document as a new TAB?
When I open a new TAB in PAGES it only allows me to open a new document, not a previously saved document. How do I open a saved document as a new TAB?

Open your new document and a previously saved document in separate windows. Then use the Pages Window menu Merge All Windows feature to produce tabs in one Pages document for each open document. That menu item will not appear until you have at least two open Pages documents.
