Hello My name is Hannah Andrews I have Apple Music and I have had it for a while however I’ve noticed that I’ve been being charged twice for Apple Music in one month. I wanna keep my Apple Music but I would like to see if you guys can put a stop to that.

Do you have a second Apple ID, or does a family member have your payment method attached to their Apple ID? If so, this may be a reason you're seeing this.


Try Contacting Apple Support if the problem persists.
