Is this email message valid?

I frequently provide feedback to Apple about issues I encounter, but I've never had a response.


I just received this. Its subject is the same as the one I used in my last feedback. Is it valid? ....or just a very shrewd phishing attempt?

I blocked out my email address in the image I added, but the moderator still deleted the image of the suspect message.


The text of the message is:


Hello,


We’re looking in to the issue reported in your feedback submission for iWork (Keynote, Pages, and Numbers). We’d like to have a better understanding about what happened, but will need more information. Is it okay for us to send a follow-up email with detailed instructions?
