kernel panic on M1

I have my Macbook M1 8GB, 256GB and it usually crashes once a week due to kernel panic( flash pink boxes and restart). I don't know if this issue is from apps I'm using or hardware issue? And I don't have my AppleCare. Do you know how to test if it's hardware issue? Cause if it is I will return my Mac. Thanks in advance.
