Replacement phone
My wife's phone was stolen and we received a replacement iPhone 7 from Assurain. Will apple take the replacement phone as a trade in so we can upgrade to an iPhone 11

Ask Apple:
These are user-to-user forums. So, ask Apple directly if they will take them in for a trade. Taking it in will depend on conditions and such. It would be Apple's call.
Contact Apple Support:
