Apple Watch

I have a series 3 Apple Watch and I did the latest update because it asked me to do so after I got a new phone and now it is stuck on the apple logo when starting up and it won’t go away. I have tried to reset it and I have also tried to hard rest it it will not work and about every min or so it will blink and then come right back on to the apple logo is there something I can do to fix it?
