What if I can’t find my receipt or invoice, my grandmother who passed away brought it

Apple won't do it without proof that you are the owner. It's an unusual situation (normally it's the Apple ID password in situations like this) but it may be that the same process will apply as when access is required to a deceased person's Apple ID:

Note that this process requires a Court Order. You should start by contacting Support and asking how to proceed: https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&PRKEYS=PF23
