Remove Screen Time Completely

Turn on Screen Time

Go to Settings > Screen Time.

Tap Turn off Screen Time.

Tap Continue.

If you forgot the passcode, how you reset a Screen Time passcode depends upon the system version you are using:

This will erase the device. You can restore your device from a backup but the backup has to date from before you set the forgotten passcode or it too will be restored.
