Why can I only hear on one side when using Bluetooth with beats solo 3?
Why when I use my Beats Solo 3 I can only hear on one side, but if I use 3.5mm cord both sides work?

If you've tried all of the steps within the page that you used to get to the Apple Support Communities, you may want to also try to Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones, as that could be helpful. If that doesn't help as well, try to pair your Beats with another device to see if the same issue occurs. If it does, Get Support from Apple directly for more options.
