Hi, my phone downloads my update but will not install it
iPad, iPadOS 13
I was plugged in connected to fast WiFi it let me press install it took 40 minutes normally when your phone updates it goes black and then the Apple shows up and the phone turns back on... when mine was done it just went right back to This... and I tired it multiple times
You need to plug in and get the battery charged to at least 50% and try again with a WiFi connection.

nothing. After I do the install update it says update downloaded and I run the install and it loads like normal and goes back to the start
By going back to the start, what do you mean? Is it installing the software update, and then booting back up straight onto the older OS?
Make sure the watch is charged to at least 50% and at the charger. And then Check also under Settings > General > Software Update on the watch itself.
To installl the downloaded updates you must be connected to the power and an active internet connection then only your updates will be installed
