I have bought international version of iPhone 12 pro max from UAE recently.
and i am currently living in India.
i have the bill for the phone. I have checked my phone and it shows online that the phone is covered by warranty.
when i visited Apple service center, they said that i won’t be able to claim warranty for my phone as the bill is from UAE. Please help me.
That is correct. I wish you would have read the warranty information throughly. It clearly states the warranty is based and covers the region of purchase. In other words, the warranty benefits will not be available in India since the iPhone was bought in a different region, UAE.
You can contact an Apple Authorized Service Center in UAE and the ship the iPhone to them for service to use the warranty. To confirm what I have stated above, Please contact ➔ Apple Support
