I’m trying to do everything to get my phone to stop showing no service. I was wondering if I do a reset of everything even after I’ve done my backup will my pictures save or will it all be lost. I just don’t know what to do it’s been like this for 3 days now

My phone is still doing the same thing I have taken it to my carrier and it’s nothing they say they can do. Should I take it to an Apple store or give them a call to help me. I have no network or anything I can only FaceTime around wifi
