When I am watching something on youtube in full screen on safari, the screen blinks or goes blank for less than a second when i move the cursor. Is there some bug or this is a hardware problem. This does not happen on other browsers

This happens when you move the cursor?
System Preferences > Accessibility> Display > Cursor > Cursor size
Try adjusting the cursor size .

To exit Safe Mode, click in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.
Launch Safari holding the shift key down and test.
I tried that and it worked, but after a few hours again the same problem started. What could be the issue?
