I got a new Iphone 11 pro, I have done most of the setup steps and then it prompts me to a software update. It has been stuck on the software update for about 30 minutes now.
Don’t use a hotspot connection, you can only use WiFi. And if the issue persists I would recommend force restarting your iPhone and trying again or updating via computer
You will need to connect to a Wifi network. A hotspot connection will not work to complete an update.
You may need to find a different source for a Wifi signal.
Is there anyway to find my MAC address? I need it to connect to my campus wifi
Try: Settings - General - About - scroll down to Wifi Address = ??
I cant get to settings because I haven't completed the iphone setup yet
