Can I trade my non-apple-made laptop while purchasing a Macbook? How much would it worth?

Apple does not give any value to non-Apple products at trade-in, but they do recycle them if you'd like.

It might be better to wipe the laptop of all personal data and then try to sell it through Facebook Marketplace, craigslist, or some other avenue first if you feel there is still some value in it.
