If the subscription was started through iTunes, see in here how to cancel:

How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If it was started directly with Amazon, you need to cancel with Amazon. Go to amazon.com, click on "Account and Lists," then look for "Memberships and Subscriptions."
