The SIM card holder isn’t popping up enough for me to remove it
Is there a way to make the SIM card holder pop up more so I can remove it on an iPad Pro?

Using the SIM eject tool, the SIM tray does not completely eject from the chassis. You should be able to gently slide the tray, along with the SIM, from the iPad chassis.
