how can i remove a apple ID from a apple watch? i bought it from a lady on marketplace and she forgot to remove her information and i dont have her info any more to have her remove it

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
