Unknown Error

Hi

I am trying to change my password for my apple ID. When I start typing the new password, it says 'an unknown error has occurred'. And it is beyond my understanding why it is happening!!!!!

Have you tried a different WiFi Network?

Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.
