No, government agencies do censorship not individual businesses. This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple. Their house, their rules and you agreed to them.

If you are interested in the title of this thread Australia have finally approved the Apple Watch ECG and look for it to be included in the next updates to the Watch and iPhone which would be watchOS 7.4 and iOS 14.5.

Must upgrade iPhone iOS to 14.5 or newer

Must upgrade Apple Watch watchOS to 7.4 or newer

Must not be running any Beta software on iPhone or Apple Watch (you would know if you had gone out of your way to sign-up for Beta test software; if you did not sign-up for this, then you are not running beta software).

Just checked on a related issue, how long it took Apple to release the app in Canada after obtaining approval. You can see the discussion in a post of a few minutes ago on this site. It seems it took roughly two months for Apple Canada to release the app, so we might expect the same sort of time for Australia. Given approval was given in early March, hopefully we should have release early May. Hopefully. Hopefully.

There has been some discussion about whether the app will be released with the forthcoming iOS and WatchOS upgrades. I see that the app was released in New Zealand as part of the WatchOS 6.2 update in March 2020, and in Canada, in July 2019, as part of the WatchOS 5.3 update. So release with an OS release seems to be the practice. I guess we wait for the next WatchOS update with keener interest than usual.
