Welcome to the Apple Support Communities NoManualAddingYoga,

We understand you would like some help adding a yoga workout. We're happy to give you some information on this.

Are you wanting to add workout data to the Health app for a yoga workout you've completed? If so, you can manually add that data using the steps in Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch, specifically this section below. In step 3 you would need to select Workouts, and then select Yoga for "Activity Type".

"Enter information about your health

  1. Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.
  2. Tap a category, like Activity.
  3. Tap a subcategory, like Steps.
  4. Tap Add Data in the upper-right corner.
  5. Enter the date, time, and data for that activity.
  6. When you're finished, tap Add."

If you're looking for yoga in Fitness+, the steps in this support article will show you how to find that type of workout: Work out with Apple Fitness+.

If we've misunderstood what you need help with please respond back with some additional details.

Thanks!
