Experiencing electric charge on the body of the MBP M1 13''

What I am experiencing is not static charge but a continuous electric current of a small voltage. When I graze my fingers over the body of the mac while sitting on an insulated chair, the surface feels normal. Whereas, when I suddenly touch a metal body, e.g. pipes, I can feel small and fast vibrations in my fingertips touching the mac body. Such electrical shock probably shows bad power design of the electronic, and I think cannot be ignored. Is this faced by all M1 customers? All buyers should check the same for their newly purchased laptops.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

The suggested means to ground these power adapters, would be to use an official

Apple extension cable. Various regions have them; with local region part numbers.

• Power Adapter Extension Cable - Apple

The 1.8-metre Power Adapter Extension Cable is an AC extension lead that provides

extra length for your Apple power adapter. Use it with MagSafe and MagSafe 2 power

adapters, 10W. 12W USB-A power adapters; 29W, 30W, 61W, 87W; & 96W USB-C adapters.

(These cables work w/ older Apple power supplies; I've found 'as-new' deals, secondhand.)
