How can I be assisted in changing my password as I can’t access my computer

Hi DAJKV,

Try this:

Shut off the iMac
Turn it on, and press Command + R.
Click Utilities > Termainal.
Type in Terminal "resetpassword". (no quotes)
Follow the directions.
