I accidentally added money to my Apple account and was trying to add it to my Apple Pay account instead of the iTunes how can I dispute that

You will have to ask Apple if they are prepared to do this for you. Normally once funds an in an Apple ID balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.

If I was trying to add money onto my Apple Pay and it accidentally went to my Apple iTunes and Apple account how can I just figured that or get my money refunded and or put onto my Apple Pay card instead
