in app purchases

I can’t make any in app purchases and it says your purchase could not be completed error.I turned of my vpn and signed out of my apple id and then signed in again and I restarted my phone and I also checked screen time and the in app purchase allow button was on but still i can’t purchase anything in an qpp.

Did you see a "Your purchase could not be completed" message with the URL indicated below?


Do as it directs, go to the URL and follow the instructions:

www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/ --> https://support.apple.com/country-selector/itunes > select your country > Contact Support > Contact iTunes Store Support > Purchases, Billing & Redemption
