2010 iMac to 43" Samsung curved monitor.
I have a 2010 iMac 27" connect to 43" Samsung curved monitor via mini display adaptor. Is there a way to extend the view to 32:10 ratio? What are my options?

Your expectations are unrealistic, you are running a 12 year old iMac which is considered a technology antique and attempting to connect it to a much more modern display. My recommendation is to not consider that option and consider upgrading to a more up-to-date Mac and checking it's system specifications prior to purchase to see if it will support your Samsung display.
