Recently I bought an Iphone 11 pro max from stores in Armenia, I used it for 10 days, the charger is broken. They cheat in the store, change the original chargers and then refuse to serve, they gave a charger for 12 instead of iPhone 11. reasoning that Apple does not provide a warranty for the charger. Can you help? Deprive the store of the opportunity to sell your product and help the warranty service, because I paid for it. Thank you

Perform a Return:
Apple purchases such as AppleCare and iTunes Movies are only usable in the country in which they were purchased. So, return back to Armenia, and return the iPhone and AppleCare. Then, purchase it in the country in which you are usually in. You have 14 days to return it.
