if I buy an iphone 12 mini from apple, do I get a guarantee then if I buy the mobile?

I m not sure what you mean when you say "if I buy the mobile." An iPhone is a mobile device.
If by "guarantee" you mean warranty:

In most countries there is a 1 year warranty if you purchase a device from an Apple Authorized seller, or 2 years if you buy AppleCare.
