Numbers 11 file compatibility
Does anyone know whether files edited with Numbers 11 are still compatible with Numbers 10 or 9?
I think it is safe to assume if you use a newer version to edit a file that the older versions will no longer open it. This might even be the case with some updates and bug fixes, not just with version upgrades. It has been a common complaint from those who have a combination of new and old Macs/devices or a combination of Macs and iOS devices and upgrade on one but cannot on the other and didn't realize this would be a problem until it was too late. Of course, you can always use the iCloud version.
