Apple Watch 4 doesn’t open when raising my arm.

Why did my Apple Watch 4 stop opening when I raise my arm? I have to tap it to get it to open.

You most likely have theater mode turned on.

Swipe up on your watch face to open the control panel and tap off the 2 faced icon.
