Why my MacBook Air 2020 (M1 Chip) doesn't work of F4, F5, F6 which are spotlight, dictation and do not disturb mode on Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys mode?

I got the same issue on my M1 MacBook Air. The keys are definitely working, but the functions doesn't.

Already tried to set up new user accounts but got the same issues there.

Is there any solution?
