forget passwords

I forgot my icloud password for my account linked to my iphone 11, this morning I bought an iphone 12 pro and I tried to connect to my icloud account in order to be able to access my email but I cannot do not remember the password I made different attempts but without success. then I need urgent assistance. thank you
