Partially loaded applications after transferring to new iPhone

How do you get the applications to finish loading... many seem to have stalled. I turned the phone off and back on, but problem persists.

Apps stuck on loading I've recently bought a new iPhone 11, I followed the setup process and transferred data from my old iPhone onto this one. Everything on the phone works fine, however none of the apps have fully downloaded and are stuck on 'loading', this has been the case for just over a week! is there a way I can fix this simply? Hope someone can help!

So... I finally tried disconnecting from my wifi network. Then I reconnected and the downloads completed.!!!
