I reset my ipad to manufacturer settings. It is asking for the Apple ID and password I "used to set up ipad". I know the info is correct but it tells me it is incorrect. I also removed the ipad from my list. it still won't let my log in.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device


Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
