Has anyone else received a pop up saying that your iPhone what’s a virus on it and you have 30 seconds to click on a link to remove it? I haven’t done it but the last one said my phone was 28% compromised. I want to be sure I don’t have a virus on it but I also don’t want to click on a random link. So my second question is what can I do to make sure my phone doesn’t have a virus?

There is no known virus/malware/hack for a non jailbroken (google it) iphone.
So I’m going to assume those pop ups are spam. Thanks for your reply!
