iTunes log in problem

Hi My wife is trying to log on into iTunes and she put in all the details but it’s saying please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction. It won’t let her log in to iTunes can anyone please help us and what should we do to resolve it plz.

Hello asifmadni and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with a payment method attached to your wife's Apple ID. Start here:


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


If the tips there do not resolve the issue, you'll find a link at the end of the article that will direct you to contact Apple Support for further help.
