Live stream channels on Apple TV Plus?
Are there any live stream channels such as Up Faith & Family on Apple TV Plus? Is there a separate subscription fee for Acorn and Britbox channels?

Apple TV+ is a specific channel in the Apple TV app, featuring Apple Original content. There are also other channels in the Apple TV app, such as the ones that you mentioned. Each of these require a separate subscription. The Apple TV app Channels have to be watched in the Apple TV app.
These are all VOD (video on demand), not live programming.
